Before you write

• Can’t find your download? Check the confirmation email, or open your purchase history. Every file is there for as long as the site exists.
• Want a refund? Send the email address you used at checkout and the name of the product. That’s all we need. See the refund policy.
• A step no longer matches the app? Tell us the tutorial and the step number. We fix it and the update is free.
• Want a tutorial we haven’t made? Tell us the app and what you are trying to do. The most-requested ones get made first.
• Business, press or partnerships? Same address, put “Partnership” in the subject line.

What we can’t help with

We can’t fix your specific device or account by email, and we can’t recover accounts on your behalf. For a locked account, use the app’s own recovery page first; our Accounts & safety tutorials walk you through it.
